I hate buying vans but I'm really so impressed by how they've treated me. They let me return the van I bought and swap it for something different as I realised it suited me better. This has inconvenienced them as they now can't sell the other van until the papers come through so I'm really very grateful that they let me do it.

They are very relaxed letting you look at the vans, the paperwork and keys are in most of them and you can just please yourself looking at what you like without any pressure.

I'm really pleased with the dispatch and have some peace of mind with the AA warranty and breakdown. It took the stress out of buying privately and I'll certainly be going back here when it's time for something new.

I recently brought a ford ranger truck from these guys. Tim agreed to need me half way at Birmingham as I was traveling from Liverpool at no extra charge which I thought was brilliant customer service. The truck its self is great I've not had any issues. When I met the guys at the meeting location it was very relaxed, I was given plenty of time to have a look at the vehicle and test drive. Before hand there was great communication including FaceTime with once of the guys to show me around the vehicle and all the relevant documents. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend. Great company with helpful staff. Their customer service was brilliant. I recently bought a 2021 Vauxhall Combo from them. They allowed me to take my time to look at the van, rather than trying to push a fast sale. Bought a secondhand Van from F M Motors, Van very neat and tidy, they MOT it and discovered the break need fixing which they did without and discussion, just told me it had been done. Would recomend buying a van from this company

I saw the van advertised in Autotrader by F.M.Motors, and I called to talk about it on a Wednesday, I said I could not get there until Friday as it was a 600mile round trip for me. So a little bit of trust was required on both side's, and good to there word they had kept the van for me. The transaction was smooth, landed there about 8.00am I was on the road with my new van for 10.00pm, brilliant. The van is excellent, drove home in it for 300miles went like a watch as they said it did. I can highly recommend FM Motors, will be using these guys again.

Fm Motors ltd had a good range of reasonable priced vans all in a good condition and well presentetb . We were left in peace to look around and only when we wisheb to enquire about the a modell were we then given a rondowm of the vans history , there wos no had sell and wewere treated very well with no pressure.
